A balance test that focuses on measuring eye movements to assess the integrity of the balance system. The test takes about 45 minutes to an hour, requires the patient to have their eyes open and also involves some head and body movements.  One portion of the test involves the stimulation of the balance system that may make the patient dizzy for a short period of time.

• Suspected positional vertigo
• Vestibular neuritis, Ischemic vestibulopathy, Meniere's Syndrome
• Nystagmus of uncertain significance
• Central vestibular or cerebellar dysfunction
