Dr. Terry Fife has been on the teaching and clinical faculty at Barrow Neurological Institute and at the University of Arizona College of Medicine since 1993 and is board certified in both internal medicine and in neurology. He graduated from Texas A&M University College of Medicine in 1986. He completed internal medicine residency training at the University of California, Davis and then trained in neurology at UCLA. Following that, he completed fellowship training in neuro-otology and balance disorders at UCLA. 

He specializes exclusively in the evaluation and management of disorders of balance and equilibrium including cerebellar ataxia, chronic imbalance, recurrent falling, syncope, vertigo, dizziness, and nystagmus and eye movement disorders. Research interests include the diagnosis and management of normal pressure hydrocephalus, drug effects on dizziness and vertigo, quantitative testing of balance and vestibular function, treatment of positional vertigo and management of equilibrium disorders by a multi-disciplinary approach.
